The Zendesk module will become subject to a subscription on Prestashop Addons on September 1, 2024.
The implementation of an ambitious 2024 road map requires a move to a subscription-based pay model in order to continue developments on the Zendesk module.
Further developments are expected this year, including native multi-boutique, a delivery tracking link for orders going into Zendesk, etc.
What should I do?
From September 1, 2024, the module will become payable with a subscription on PrestaShop Addons.
To continue to benefit from the Zendesk module with PrestaShop, merchants will have to take out a monthly subscription of €25 for 3 agents, then €5 per month for each additional agent
